| The Stream Buffer Ordinance pertains to the preservation and protection of waterways within and adjacent to new development. It is anticipated that this proposed ordinance will go to formal public hearings at the City of Bloomington and McLean County later this winter or in early spring. The ordinance was adopted by the Town of Normal on April 21. |
