The Mclean County Regional Comprehensive Plan was adopted in 2000 and provides for annual progress reports. One of the plan's priority strategies was the completion of annual reports on the progress made toward implementing the Plan. The Commission was identified in the Plan as the agency responsible for coordinating and monitoring progress, including preparation of annual progress reports.
